What's the difference between 8 Weeks and Monthly Coaching?

8 Weeks Transformations are meant for the beginner who is brand new to fitness and nutrition and in need of a simple plan to follow and start their journey. With Monthly coaching, it is tailored to beginner/intermediate individual with more accountability and customized guidance based on your long term goals.

Is this a subscription or one time payment?

Monthly Coaching is a monthly subscription that can be canceled at any time for any reason. It is the responsibility of the client to notify us of cancelation before the next payment.

Will I have guidance throughout my plan?

You have 24/7 support throughout your entire plan. This means you can message me at any time and expect a response within 24 hours (usually a lot quicker). In addition, you check in with me every week and I make adjustments to your meal plan and workouts based on your progress.

I don’t go to a gym. Will the plan work for me?

Yes, we design home workouts. One of the questions on the questionnaire asks what equipment you have access to. For clients who have no equipment whatsoever, we design bodyweight workouts for them to do at home.

What is the meal plan like?

We design your meal plan based off your food preferences, food allergies, body type, fitness goal, and several other factors! It’s a specific meal plan that’s tailored for you. We tell you exactly what to eat, and how much. It’s very simple and easy to follow! Macro nutrition is available as well upon request.
