We design your meal plan based off your food preferences, food allergies, body type, fitness goal, and several other factors! It’s a specific meal plan that’s tailored for you. We tell you exactly what to eat, and how much. It’s very simple and easy to follow!
Do I have to eat the same foods the whole time?

You can message us at any time and ask for food substitutions on your meal plan. Typically, we make adjustments to your plan when you check in, but if you would like to have more variety or different foods at any time, you can!
I have a very busy schedule and don’t have time to meal prep. What do I do?

Although we do recommend taking one or two days each week to prep your food, you can usually get any of your meals at any restaurant as well. You may just have to ask for them a la carte. For example, most restaurants have healthy choices like chicken breast, potato, fish, fruit, salad, rice, etc. It just might not be an actual dish on the menu. Also, several of our clients use meal prep services. In this case, you would simply give us the meals that the meal prep company offers and we design your meals based off that.

Yes! We design your meal plan based off your food preferences. We can design vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, or any plant based diet for you. Simply fill out the questionnaire and we will design your plan off that info.

What are the workouts like?
Everyone is going to be different. We design your workout plan based off your fitness goal, fitness level, equipment you have access to, and several other factors!
I can’t do certain exercises because of an injury. Can I still do the workouts?

We design your workout routine around any injuries or physical limitations you may have. Just be sure to include that info on the questionnaire.

Yes, we design home workouts. One of the questions on the questionnaire asks what equipment you have access to. For clients who have no equipment whatsoever, we design bodyweight workouts for them to do at home.
SUPPLEMENTS
Do I have to purchase supplements to see results?
Do I have to purchase supplements to see results?
Supplements do help but are not required. The most important part to having a great transformation is to follow your meal plan and workouts.
I am sensitive to caffeine and can’t take anything that has it. What can I take?

If you are sensitive to stimulants, we won’t have you take any supplements with caffeine. Supplements are completely optional on our plans.
What exactly does supplement guide mean?

We include a list of recommended supplements that are based off your goals (overall weight loss, lose body fat, build muscle, etc). We tell you exactly which products to take and how to take them.

Yes, you can cancel at any time!
Will I have guidance throughout my plan?

You have 24/7 support throughout your entire plan. This means you can message us at any time and expect a response within 24 hours (usually a lot quicker). In addition, you check in with us every week or every two weeks, depending on which plan you purchase, and we make adjustments to your meal plan and workouts based on your progress.

Yes! We have clients all over the world. All you need is an internet connection.

You will receive an email with your login credential for the Kahunas app within 24 hours (usually a lot quicker). Once the app is downloaded and your logged in you will see the Welcome Q&A to get started.
Do I need to login to your website to access my plan?

You do not need to login or even create an account for this website but you will be given an account and login for the Kahuna app. This is where you will find your plan details.
